Vismara Design

Vismara Design is an Italian company that creates high-end entertainment furniture, entirely handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail.

For Vismara Design, we reimagined the identity to align it with a more contemporary language while reflecting the vision of the founder’s granddaughters, now leading the company.

Particular attention was given to the redesign of the pictogram. The mark was refined, preserving the distinctive feature of the “repeated V,” now expressed in the right strokes of the letter, an element that characterized the previous design. The logotype, on the other hand, was developed from a linear typeface whose terminals were widened to convey a more elegant and sophisticated tone.

The typographic system features Season Mix by Displaay Type for headings: a semi-serif typeface with modern proportions and short serifs, perfectly suited to represent the brand’s transition from a classical to a more contemporary aesthetic. This approach is echoed in the use of DM Sans for the texts, a clean and functional sans-serif typeface.

The color palette is composed of two primary colors, used in more institutional contexts and aligned with the tones of the new Vismara showroom. Across social media, individual collections, and special projects, the palette expands with secondary colors sampled directly from product photography, creating a flexible and visually cohesive system.

On the occasion of Salone del Mobile, we also designed two new catalogs: one dedicated to the indoor collection and the other to the outdoor pieces.
