Lookinglass

Lookinglass is a platform that enables companies to hire and train AI-powered virtual employees tailored to their specific needs. These agents can perform real actions across files, software, and workflows, like analyzing data, managing social media, researching markets, or creating custom dashboards, all while ensuring enterprise-grade data security.

We crafted a visual system inspired by vintage archives and classic office tools. The use of monospaced typefaces evokes the feel of old technical documentation, while a warm off-white and black palette is punctuated by a signature Valentine orange, a nod to the iconic Olivetti typewriters. Graphic elements reference filing systems and cataloging tools, reinforcing the theme of organization and clarity. The logo is a minimalist geometric mark that subtly recalls a magnifying glass, echoing the rationalist aesthetics of 1970s and 1980s corporate design.

The user interface was designed around principles of clarity, scalability, and accessibility. Special attention was given to the natural dialogue between user and AI, ensuring a smooth integration with corporate data sources and tools. The user experience is built to simplify complex actions, making them as intuitive as asking a question.
